No. Sia handles routine questions and tasks within your rules. Your team stays responsible for sensitive and exceptional decisions.
Can I try it first?
New businesses receive a seven-day trial. The public interactive demo uses sample data and sends no real messages.
Is WhatsApp included?
You must connect your own official WhatsApp Business account. Meta messaging charges may apply separately. No live connection is claimed before verification.
Are payments live?
Online payment integration is pending. A paid-plan request does not simulate payment success.
Can I stop automated replies?
Pause Sia or take over an individual conversation. Follow-ups respect consent, quiet hours, usage limits and approval settings.
Which languages work today?
English is available. Additional Indian-language conversation handling is not yet verified.
