Privacy Policy

Draft for legal review — not yet approved. Prepared 16 October 2026. The operator’s legal identity, address, privacy contact, retention schedule and international processing details must be confirmed before this policy takes effect.

1. Scope and responsibilities

This policy describes Front247’s marketing website, business application and embedded website chat. Businesses use Front247 and Sia, their AI Receptionist & Sales Assistant, to manage customer conversations, enquiries, appointments and follow-ups. Each business is responsible for its own customer notices, lawful collection and use of customer data, and required permissions for messaging.

2. Information processed

Front247 processes account and business setup details, team permissions, service information, customer names and contact details supplied to the service, chat messages, appointments, leads, notes and preferences. It also processes usage counts, delivery statuses, consent choices and security or action records needed to operate the service. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information in chat.

3. Purposes and AI processing

Information is used to provide accounts, answer enquiries, manage appointments and leads, support staff handover, enforce permissions and usage limits, and investigate faults or misuse. Relevant messages and limited business context may be processed by an AI service to understand requests. Sia’s actions and replies remain subject to business data, configured rules and approval controls; AI can make mistakes and does not guarantee a booking or outcome.

Public demo conversations are not live customer bookings. Automated messages depend on the business’s settings, consent and channel rules. Front247 does not promise that a disconnected messaging channel can send or receive messages.

4. Service providers and access

Hosting, account authentication, database and AI service providers process information needed for their respective functions. When a business connects WhatsApp, Meta and any configured messaging provider also process messages under their own terms. Authorised business team members can access customer information within their permissions. The approved provider list, processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards remain to be confirmed.

Pages also load fonts from Google’s font services, which receive the network information necessary to serve those requests. Error-reporting facilities may process technical diagnostics; their production scope and retention require confirmation.

5. Website chat and optional voice

Chat messages and session information allow a conversation to continue. Callback requests use the details a visitor supplies. Optional voice input is activated by the visitor and uses browser speech recognition; depending on the browser, its provider may process audio. Front247 does not store raw audio through this feature. Transcripts can be edited before sending. Spoken replies use the browser’s speech facilities.

6. Storage and security

Account permissions and business separation restrict access, but no service can guarantee absolute security. Data may remain available after a trial expires. Specific retention periods, deletion procedures and backup handling require operator confirmation; this draft does not promise immediate deletion or a fixed retention period.

7. Privacy requests and choices

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access or correct information, request deletion, withdraw consent or raise a grievance. Customers should first contact the business they interacted with. Front247’s verified privacy contact and request procedure must be supplied before approval. Withdrawing consent may limit relevant features and does not automatically erase records that must lawfully be retained.

8. Cookies and updates

See our Cookie Policy for browser storage and controls. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. This draft must be reviewed against applicable Indian data-protection requirements before publication as an approved policy.
